Implementation Leadership Team
Team Objectives
Establish project priorities and schedule
Identify project structure and composition.
Meet weekly to review progress and status
Adjusts project plans when appropriate
Responsible for project deliverables
Resolve issues
Review and make recommendations on modifications/customization
Make recommendations on policy, resources and organizational issues
Facilitate administrative and faculty support
Project communication to the ACCD community.
Reports to the executive committee
Makes the decisions, however, anything that exceeds its authority goes to the Executive Committee

Team Objectives
• Document current business processes.
• Foster and practice a better processes environment.
• Lead fit/gap analysis and identify key issues that require cross functional participation.
• Resolve identified problems; when unable to resolve problems, create a position statement with options and due date for decision forward to the Project Management Team.
• Submit bi-weekly status report (complicated tasks, project tasks, next steps, critical issues where there is slippage) to the Project Management Team.
• Track change management, problems, issues, baseline gaps that may require modifications and/or enhancements.
• Functional team leads meet regularly to:

Systems Education Training Launched for Banner HRS! The Human Resources system migration from SCT Plus to Banner was launched in earnest last week. The first of many training sessions will be conducted by Mr. Bob Harwood a consultant with Sungard SCT. There will be ten sessions of 24 hours each for a total of 240 classroom hours. Positive Progress with Banner Implementation Continues! ACCD Acquisitions Department noted Monday that during the first eleven work days, a total of 509 requisitions were received. The second week daily average was up 62% over the first week indicating that many ACCD personnel are doing well. The number per week is indicated by the graph. Read More
