In accordance with the Information Technology Infrastructure Capital Improvement Program (CIP) endorsed by San Antonio voters, ACCD will be implementing a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Enterprise Communications system.

The VoIP project is an upgrade of the entire Alamo Community College District (ACCD) telephone system to a new state of the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system. This technological migration offers greater communications capabilities for every user within our disbursed organization. The implementation of this communications tool aligns with the strategic goal of the organization, Goal IV, “Capacity to serve” to utilize technology for success, as well as Goal V, “Organizational Communication”, ensuring effective communications.
