The ITIL Compliant Support Center Project kicked off this Spring with a combined effort of ACCD District IT and all College IT departments. ACCD Partnered with Quint Wellington Redwood Group to assess IT Department’s current state, complete a gap analysis and recommend a roadmap for service management and delivery. In addition, an ITIL Tool Selection Workshop was conducted to address effective strategies and to select a tool that would best support service management processes. These processes, along with the roadmap, were presented to district wide IT Staff and Vice President of College Services at each campus. We are receiving a great deal of feedback and are excited to begin this process of improvement.
